Dr. Daniel DeBehnke, Founder and CEO of Silver Lake Healthcare Advisors, brings over 30 years of experience as a physician, health system CEO, and trusted advisor. Throughout his career, he has witnessed the challenges boards and executives face: navigating market disruption, scaling innovation, managing financial pressures, and making governance decisions that define the future of their organizations. Driven by a passion for advancing healthcare leadership, Dr. DeBehnke founded Silver Lake to provide independent, experienced counsel at the board level.
